About the Company’s founder
Our company’s founder, Mark Sneddon, was formerly a barrister of 20 years professional experience, who specialised in commercial law, company law and equity: real property, trusts and wills and probate. Mark also had considerable experience in building and construction disputes. During Mark’s 20 years’ experience as a barrister, he also specialised in dispute resolution and mediation.
Qualifications:
• 1998 - 2001 – Legal Practitioners Admission Board, Dip Law, Law Extension Committee, University of Sydney
• 2001- College of Law, Sydney
• 2002 – Bar Practice Course, NSW Bar Association
• 2019 – Resolution Institute, mediation and alternative dispute resolution specialist course
